Data Protection & Privacy Policy
This policy explains how all personal, device, and sensor data is collected, processed, stored, and protected in all Garmin applications and web services developed by FeliXGear.
1. What Data Is Collected?

Sensor & Activity Data:
The app collects and uses data such as heart rate, GPS tracks, depth, pressure, activity metrics, and other sensor readings, depending on your device and app.

User-Provided Data:
Any information you enter manually (such as calibration settings or preferences) is also processed for the intended function of the app.

Subscription & Account Data:
Your Donor ID, name, email address, and subscription status are stored securely to provide subscriber features and manage access to your personal dashboard.
2. Where and How Is Data Stored?

Local Device Storage:
Data from sensors and user input is first stored temporarily on your Garmin device to ensure the app functions correctly. Old data is automatically deleted as new activity is recorded, so only recent sessions are kept locally.

Server Storage:
When an activity is completed or when internet connection becomes available, the relevant session data is uploaded to my private server.
All uploaded data (activity details, sensor values, GPS tracks, etc.) is tied to your Donor ID, and therefore to your subscription, name, and email address.

Retention Period:
Uploaded activity data is available to you for one week on the server, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted along with all related records.
3. Access & Download

You can log in securely at https://felixgear.net/subscriber_login.php with your Donor ID and registered email to view, analyze, and download your recent activity sessions and sensor data in standard (JSON) format.

Each subscriber can access and download only their own data; there is no public access and no sharing with third parties.
4. What Personal Data Is Stored?

The Donor ID is directly associated with your name, email, and subscription. This information is used exclusively for account management, secure access, and support.

No personal data is ever sold, used for marketing, or shared outside the developer (FeliXGear). No external analytics, advertisers, or third-party services receive your information.
5. How Is Data Used?
- To provide all app functions, personalized feedback, and secure access to your dashboard.
- To allow you to view, analyze, or download your recent data for your own use.
- To manage subscriptions and provide technical support.
- To improve services and app quality, always in compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
6. Security Measures
- All communication between your device/app, browser, and server uses encrypted (TLS/SSL) connections.
- Data is securely stored and accessible only by the developer for support and maintenance.
- No automated profiling or data mining is performed beyond what is necessary for core functionality.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Download your activity and sensor data from your dashboard at any time within the one-week retention period.
- Correction & Deletion: You may request deletion or correction of your Donor ID, subscription, or any stored record at any time by contacting me directly.
- Transparency: You may request a summary of what information is stored about your account at any time.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device. All uploaded activity data is deleted after one week.

Summary:
